How it works

Stuck at the roadside? Three steps to get moving

  1. Call or message

Phone us, or send your location on WhatsApp. A short description of the car and the problem is enough; no forms to fill in.

  2. We work out the details

Where you are, whether the car is somewhere safe, and what the tyre looks like. We tell you what we plan to do before we set off.

  3. Help on the spot

If the tyre can be repaired where you are, we repair it there. If not, we fit your spare or tell you the safest way forward.

Service area

Didim, Altınkum, Akbük

Our mobile team covers three areas. Pick yours for local tips, and start your request with the area already filled in.

Outside these areas? Call anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

TPMS Technology Centre

Tyre pressure warning won’t go off?

If one tyre shows no reading or the warning light stays on, the sensor is often the cause. We read the sensors with a diagnostic tool and, where needed, program a suitable sensor and teach it to the car.

TPMS Technology Centre
Before: the dashboard shows no reading (- -) for the rear right tyre
Before
After: with the new sensor programmed and learned, all four tyre pressures are read
After
TPMS service tool showing a successful programming, next to the old sensor and a new programmable sensor

On an Opel: before, the rear right tyre showed no reading (- -); after a new sensor was programmed and learned, all four tyres are read. Right: the TPMS service tool confirming successful programming.

The first minutes after a blowout

Before you call, take a few seconds for your safety. These steps protect you, the tyre and the wheel.

  • Hold the steering wheel firmly and don’t brake hard; let the car slow down on its own.
  • Switch on your hazard lights and pull completely off the road onto flat ground if you can.
  • Place your warning triangle behind the car where approaching traffic can see it early. In Türkiye it is a legal requirement to carry one.
  • Wait with your passengers away from traffic, behind the barrier or on the pavement.
  • Don’t keep driving on a flat tyre; it crushes the tyre from the inside and can damage the wheel.
  • Once you’re safe, call us or send your location on WhatsApp.
