Frequently asked questions

Good to know

The questions drivers ask us most when they’re stuck at the roadside. Can’t find yours? Call or message us on WhatsApp.

Service and area

When are you open?

Our mobile tyre assistance runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Which areas do you cover?

Didim centre, Altınkum and Akbük. If you’re outside these areas, call anyway and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can come.

How quickly can you get to me?

It depends on where you are, the time of day and how busy we are. When you call, we’ll give you an estimate.

How do I call a Turkish number from a foreign mobile?

Dial the number with the +90 country code, leaving out the leading 0. The call button on this site already does this for you.

Flat tyres and repairs

Can every puncture be repaired?

No. Small holes in the tread usually can. Sidewall and shoulder damage, large cuts and tyres driven flat for a long distance can’t be repaired safely.

What’s the difference between a plug and a plug-patch repair?

A plug goes in from the outside and is a quick fix. A plug-patch is fitted from the inside after the tyre is removed and inspected; that is the proper permanent repair.

My car has a locking wheel nut. Is that a problem?

Only if the key is missing. It’s usually in the boot, the spare-wheel well or the glovebox; please find it before you call.

Warnings, pressure and location

The tyre pressure warning light came on. What should I do?

Stop somewhere safe and look at the tyres. If one is low, don’t drive on it; call us. If the pressures are right but the light flashes and then stays on, the sensor system itself may have a fault.

Where do I find the right tyre pressure?

On the label inside the driver’s door frame or fuel flap, or in the owner’s manual. The maximum pressure on the tyre sidewall is not the pressure to use.

Does the website store my location?

No. When you tap “Share my location”, the location is added only on your phone, as a map link inside the WhatsApp message. Whether you send it is up to you.
