How tyre trouble usually starts in Didim

In summer the town fills up. Cars arrive after long drives with full boots, often on tyres that were a little under-inflated for the whole journey; heat and load take their toll.

In winter it’s slow leaks on cars that have stood for weeks at holiday homes. Nails and screws from ongoing building work are a year-round classic.

Whatever the cause, the first step is the same: get the car somewhere safe and don’t keep driving on the flat. We’ll take it from there.

What we do at the roadside

Puncture repair on the spot
Small holes from nails or screws in the tread can usually be repaired where the car stands.
Spare wheel fitting
If the tyre can’t be repaired, we fit your spare and check its pressure first.
Slow leak checks
If a tyre keeps going down, we look for the leak and explain what fixing it involves.
Pressure warning check
If a tyre pressure light came on, we measure all four tyres to see whether there is a real leak.

Common questions

See all questions
Do you come out at any hour in Didim?

Yes, Didim is at the heart of our service area and we work 24/7. When you call, we’ll talk about where you are and give you an idea of when we can be there.

I don’t have a spare, or it’s flat too. What now?

First we check whether your tyre can be repaired on the spot. We can inflate and check a flat spare. If repair isn’t possible, we’ll agree the next step with you, such as a workshop repair or a replacement tyre.

How far can I drive on a space-saver spare?

Only as far as you need to. Stick to the speed limit printed on its sidewall, usually 80 km/h, and get your own tyre repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
