Your personal data is processed by ARAS OTOMOTİV as data controller. Our contact details are at the end of this page and on our Contact page.

• When you call us: your phone number and what you tell us (location, car details, the problem).
• When you message us on WhatsApp: your WhatsApp profile details, the message and any location link you choose to add.
• When you visit the site: technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security (IP address, browser details, time of request).
• Only if you consent: usage and conversion data collected by Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies.

The “Share my location” button only works when you tap it and your browser asks for permission. The location is added as a map link to the WhatsApp message prepared on your phone; the website does not send it to a server or store it. Whether you send the message is up to you.

• Responding to your request for help: entering into or performing a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
• Keeping the website secure: legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
• Analytics and advertising measurement: your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time.

The site does not need cookies to work. Your cookie choice is kept in your browser’s local storage.

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies load only if you accept them in the cookie notice. If you don’t, none of their code runs. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

If you consent, analytics and advertising data is transferred to the service provider Google and may be processed outside Türkiye, in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
